Children’s Privacy Policy
Research.help is not designed for children, but we recognize that minors may access it. In compliance with COPPA (U.S.) and similar laws, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consentftc.gov. If we learn we have inadvertently collected a child’s data, we will delete it immediately.
Parents: If you become aware that your child (under 13 in the U.S., or under 16 in Europe and other regions) has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us. You can request to review, correct, or delete that information. For example, you can email privacy@research.help and we will comply (verifying your identity first).
Even for older minors (13–17), we encourage parental guidance. Our signup process assumes users meet the age requirements above. We implement age checks on form fields. If we expand features for younger audiences, we will obtain verifiable parental consent as required by COPPA, and provide direct notice to parents about data collection and use.
