Security Policy
Data Protection: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmissions to our site occur over secure HTTPS (TLS encryption). Personal data (names, emails) are stored in encrypted databases with restricted access. Our servers and cloud services are regularly updated and monitored for threats.
No Payment Processing: Because we offer free access, we do not collect credit card or financial information. We do not use third-party payment processors, so we are not exposed to payment-related data breaches.
Breach Response: In the unlikely event of a security breach involving personal data, we will act swiftly. We will notify affected users and authorities as required by applicable laws (for example, GDPR requires notification within 72 hours) and take steps to contain and remedy the issue.
Your Role: You can help keep your account secure by choosing a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication if available. Do not share your account credentials and logout when finished if using a shared device.
Staff Training: Our team is trained in security best practices. We conduct regular security awareness training and follow principles like “least privilege” (giving each person only the access they need). We also review security policies periodically and stay updated on evolving threats.
